Calendly Integration

The day that you’ve been waiting for is here. Our Calendly Integration is live in all accounts, and we can’t wait to see what you can do with this.

In fact, we built this integration with flexibility in mind. We’ve really worked hard to make sure that it is easy, simple, and straightforward, yet powerful and flexible.

The way we achieve this feat is simple, as I’ll show you so keep reading. But first, all you have to do is go to Integrations and hook up your Calendly account. Then, just choose the event in Calendly you want to integrate, and set things up to your liking. After this is done, the magic happens.

Any time someone clicks to book an appointment for that event, Emercury intelligently checks if they are inside of your Emercury account or not. If they are not already a subscriber, it creates a new subscriber profile for them, and automatically maps all the data you want mapped.

That means that if they give relevant information such as their zip code, email address, or phone number, this will all be automatically mapped onto the new user Emercury creates for you on the fly (if this is what you want).

Pretty neat right? But it doesn’t stop there! You can even set up custom fields and map anything you want from Calendly over to Emercury. The opportunities it opens up to use Calendly are endless and up to your imagination.

The next part is the fun part

In order to give you the maximum amount of flexibility, we use the power of tags. Whether a particular booking ends up creating a new subscriber, or they are already a subscriber, in either case, they get very specific calendly-specific tags. These tags let you treat them differently based on calendly events.

It is these tags that you can then leverage for anything you need. For example, you could build segments based on people who booked a certain event. Or, you could trigger automations that send an email sequence to people who are scheduled for a certain event, and then intelligently treat them differently based on how they respond to that sequence.
