At Emercury, we’re focused on doing our part to support our employees and their families, customers, and the greater community during the COVID-19 crisis. Here’s an overview of Emercury’s COVID-19 response.

What we’re doing for our employees

We are dedicated to providing a safe environment for our employees. The health and safety of our employees and their families, as well as our customers, is always our number one priority.

We have implemented several sensible policies, including transitioning our employees to work from home. Working from home hasn’t slowed down our operations and our commitment to you. Our engineers and customer support team will remain fully operational and can do their jobs entirely remotely as needed.

What we are doing for our customers

We have an established business continuity plan that addresses a variety of potential scenarios. We are taking proactive steps to mitigate any impact to our customers and employees and are continually updating our policies as the situation develops.

We understand that many organizations and individuals around the world depend on Emercury and want to ensure you that Emercury is monitoring and actively putting steps into place to deal with the COVID-19 emergency.

What we are doing for Small Businesses

Emercury Announces $500k Price Relief Fund to Support Small Business Customers

We’re giving half a million dollars in Emercury service to the small business community that have been affected by the COVID-19 crisis and need some financial support. Businesses who have 25 or fewer employees in categories including restaurants and hospitality; brick and mortar retail; travel and leisure; entertainment; health, beauty, and wellness; and other select Main Street businesses are eligible for up to six months of free Emercury service. Eligible small business customers can fill out this form to request funding.

As an additional response to the crisis, Emercury will invest up to $500k through price discounts, product upgrades, add-ons, and more. Our Support team is committed to working with our small businesses who are experiencing financial hardship.

We’ll continue prioritizing the health and safety of our employees so we can serve our small business customers without interruption. While the scale of impact is still unknown, we’re here and committed to working on additional ways we can help now and in the long term. Meeting the needs of this moment will require patience, compassion, and creativity, and remembering that we’re all in this together.
